Troy arrived in Memphis from Louisiana in 2015. A proud veteran, he incorporates discipline into his training sessions to help you achieve your goals. Just because he has a military background don’t think he’s gonna be a drill instructor as he knows that’s not how Energy Fitness clients respond and that’s simply not his personality.
Troy has immersed himself in learning Energy Fitness “Energize Method” that for over 19+ years continues to get results for clients.
He’s a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Running Coach so if you are interested in starting a running program, doing races or tuning up your current running program he’s got you covered.
He’s a great listener and knows firsthand the struggle of weight loss and uses that to help clients aim for real results from combined efforts in and out of the training studio.
Troy enjoys middle and long distances races, spending time with his wife, dogs and pool time in the backyard.
