Sit Up With Ball Toss
With a weighted ball, go through a circuit where you sit up and tap the ball to your right side, go down and sit up to toss the ball in the middle, then go down and sit up to tap the ball on the left side, then go down and sit up to toss the ball in the middle again. The next rep would then start when you sit up and tap the ball down on the right side again. Do x10 total circuits
Kneeling Spinal Curl with Straight Bar
On a cable machine, hold a long bar handle behind your head and do a crunching motion down towards the floor. Make sure the weights don’t clink against each other when you come up. Do x15
High to Low Cable Twist on Ball
While seated on an exercise ball, set up next to a cable machine and pull the weight from above one shoulder across the body to the opposite hip. Allow your shoulders to move as you do, so your torso twists. Provide resistance on the way back up too. Do x12 each side
