Balance, Strength, Mobility and Endurance are all great goals in a fitness program and essential to being able to move better and have a great gait/walking pattern. Check out these 3 moves that you can incorporate as appropriate exercises into your current program or test to see how you do and have them be a goal to obtain.
Try 1-3 sets of 10-20 reps. Research shows endurance and higher reps are necessary for the large muscle groups like glutes. Make sure you do indeed feel or shift to make your glutes feel the burn and activation in this region. Proper form is a must so if fatigue starts in and you need a 5-10 second break then resume make it be a pause set. Once all form goes to pot then stop and shift gears to work other muscle groups or do some cardio then return for additional sets.

South Carolina Energy Fitness relocated site update: As of 2-26-2022. Delays abound and can’t say I’m being the most Zen about it. I was shooting for finished by end of Feb. 2022 but alas I do not have a completion date. Please send prayers of speedy labor and delivery of the site to us so we can start cranking out some healthier and injury managing clients. It’s a lot to run a business behind the scenes. So looking forward to getting back onsite with clients and feeling the energy of the group and dynamics between clients and trainers in our new space.
