The Blah-g Post from Energy Fitness

New Year, blank slate for topics. I was chatting about what the blog post was to be about this week with my husband Mark as we were strolling barefoot along Folly Beach, South Carolina (Charleston area). I must say that I love that this beach in only 3.5 hours from our new house and community in Travelers Rest, South Carolina as opposed to the 8 hour beach trips to Destin or San Destin Florida. I was telling Mark that I just wasn’t inspired to do a post this week as I am just too relaxed from our vacation. He said why don’t you just do one called blah-g. He said ask YOU my readers what topics you wish to hear about in 2022. That’s a great idea! What do YOU want to know?

As YOU attempt to create new goals and feel inspired about making changes to achieve optimal health please think of how Energy Fitness or my knowledge can help nudge you in the right direction. Insulation & plumbing has begin and partially complete.

Remember….While you wait for onsite or if you don’t live in the area, why put off your fitness…..I might even let you come to my home office and do an assessment and discuss your health needs. All it takes is a call or text to get the conversation started. Maybe you can be one of the charter clients for South Carolina location like a recent call that is now on my books for TPI functional movement screen and home program. LET’S GET MOVING!
