At Energy Fitness you other clients are right in the mix doing other odd but effective looking movements and often asking us “you want me to do what?” laughing at themselves too. Whether you’re new to fitness or have years of experience we got you!
Here’s how:
30 Minutes:
Your time is valuable so we get you in and out! That’s why we’ve designed our workouts to be quick, without compromising on results. In just 30 minutes, you’ll complete a customized workout that targets your body’s unique needs, helping you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Typically we try and squeeze in 8-12 exercise movements and most clients get in two and sometimes 3 sets of the movements. No more wasting time on exercises that don’t work for you—each session is customized to meet your personal goals, so you get the most out of every minute. Of course we encourage you to come early or stay late and get in a little cardio and/or stretching for even better results.
Semi-Private Sessions & a Non-Intimidating Environment:
At Energy Fitness, you’ll find yourself training in semi private sessions alongside people who are committed to their own goals—and that can be incredibly motivating. You can share tips, cheer each other on, and celebrate each other’s progress. The Energize Method creates an atmosphere where everyone works hard, stays focused, and, most importantly, has fun while doing it. Well, let’s be honest there are some clock watchers that can’t wait to be finished with their sessions but glad they are playing us to put them through the paces. You might even make a few new workout buddies along the way.
Nutrition: Fueling Your Results
We don’t just focus on workouts—we also incorporate nutrition into the mix. Achieving your fitness goals isn’t just about how you move, it’s also about how you fuel your body. That’s why we offer nutrition coaching that’s customized to your needs. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply feel more energized, the right nutrition will accelerate your results and keep you feeling great throughout your fitness journey. We have meal plans that are a great tool to guide you in the right direction and we aren’t talking you have to count calories either. We have everything from eastern style type of eating to cleaned up version of the American diet with lots of healthier alternatives. It’s also about proper combination of foods, meal timing, 12 hour fasting, supplement coaching and so much more Nutrition Science that can be peppered into your new journey.
