Energy Fitness’ Memphis Trainer Tonya Tittle Recommends These Books to help you finally lose weight and get fit.

The books I am recommending below were life changing for me and several clients. My husband loves to tell people that I use to eat corn dogs, frozen dinners, and lots of sugar. It’s true. He especially loves to tell the story of one of our first dates how I had him take me to the Butcher Shop. While he was eating a salad I was chowing down on a big steak, toast, and baked potato. He was completely grossed out. I rarely ate red meat but figured since my date was paying for it that I was going to “go big”. That was back in 1998 and my diet / way of eating has been transformed ever since. I have eliminated numerous items from my plate and substituted them for much healthier versions that I really enjoy and help keep me young, pain free, skinny, healthy, and energetic to perform the sports I love and keep up with my 2 young boys. I didn’t want to be one of those persons that said “I used to be skinny and pretty”.

Clients are always asking what they should eat, how many calories, etc. We have custom meal plans that we give to our clients. A person can’t follow a meal plan forever. We try to teach you a smart and healthy way to eating. Don’t get frustrated with yourself on your quest to change. It may take you months or even years to train yourself to eat healthy foods and get your taste buds craving the better for your body food choices.

Nancy Clark’s Sports Nutrition Guidebook
Skinny Bitch
The Juiceman’s Power of Juicing
Master Cleanse (lemonade diet)
What they don’t want you to know (Author: Kevin Treaudou)

My favorite sayings are :

“You are what you eat!”

“If slaughter houses had glass walls we would all be vegetarians.”

“Nothing tastes as good as how being skinny feels.”

“A moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips.”
