Face Exercises For Youthful & Vibrant Look

Why not exercise the muscle in your face also for looking years younger and more vibrant. Do you know how many muscle there are in the face? There are 43! That’s a lot of opportunity to get and keep those cheek, jawline, neck and around the eye areas nice and taught.

Most of you know me for exercises for the body, nutrition coaching and massage therapy but let’s get your learn on from my recent CEC on face exercises. These are especially great for individuals with early onset or existing Bell’s Palsy, Parkinson’s or decreasing depression and some are actually fun to do. I imagine singers are working these muscles often which may be why some singers seem to look amazing, that is if they aren’t drinking, smoking, eating bad or missing out on sleep which can all wreck your skin.

Grab a mirror and be prepared to look silly and learn a few moves you can do in your car or add to your evening and morning routine.
