Stretch Zone Neck, Chest & Biceps Using Wall
We all need a little reminder to counter all that sitting or driving we do on the daily. Check out this video and follow along to give your neck, chest and biceps a little stretching and mobility training. Remember the 3 minute rule. If you really wish to make a difference in actually physiologically lengthening the muscle then hold for 3 minutes everyday for 6 weeks then move toward a maintenance of 90 seconds. Be sure to breathe. If you cannot sit in this position due to inflexibility of the hips or bad knees then modify to sitting your your bottom or on a yoga block. Eliminate a stretch if it causes pain. Listen to your body. Sometimes if it’s just tight you have to go inward and push mentally past the discomfort to get lasting results.
