How to Use Trigger Point Ball To Roll Base of Head & Sides of Neck
We all get tight at the base of our neck and for most people the sides of your neck also. This (side of your neck) is a cautionary area since it is very close to the carotid artery. See description on video for caution when rolling the side. You may just find it best to stick to the base of the skull. The trigger point ball I have pictured in video is larger than one I have now. The smaller one I have I have to put on either my low back stretching device or a yoga block to be able to get the right angle and pressure needed to get “compression” release of the muscles. You will find other great uses for this ball as well. Great for traveling too since it’s so small.
