6 Moves to A Six Pack – Follow Along Video

It’s getting hotter out there and time to wear thinner or less covering of the body clothes. Here’s a video to jump start your core  (abs and back) in preparation of you revealing more skin and your body from the winter. Did you pack on the pounds or are you ready for the big reveal. My motto is always be beach ready and feel good about yourself naked! That means of course you can’t just do these suggested 6 moves and then eat like crap, not exercise effectively enough or not have a 12 hour fast and have a flat tummy and strong core. Don’t be like my youngest kid and expect to just be good at everything without practice or putting in the work.

Good self care routines should grow and change as your body changes. Every minute, every hour, every day, every week….you get it…is a chance for you to move the needle in a positive direction towards better health. Reflect on the steps you are taking on a CONSISTENT basis to make this happen? Part of the journey is a plan! An effective plan that uses science, assessments, moves that you need for your body and your restrictions or abilities.

Some of these exercises may not be right for you. We don’t know that without knowing your history, injuries and fitness level. Do what you can and reach out to us for help either online or onsite.

Our packages include functional movement screening and other helpful items so we can assess your starting point and see the quality of how your body moves. Our standard packages last anywhere from 4.5 months to 12 months (because honestly you know it’s gonna take more than an intro program to get you to where you want to be!).
